To Our Valued PlanRoom Central Members:

In an effort to improve PlanRoom Central project notifications we will no longer be sending out our weekly newsletter.  In its place PlanRoom Central will be sending out email notifications to all of its members once a project has been uploaded and added to the PRC website.  By sending out email notifications as soon as a project becomes available we anticipate that this will be a huge benefit to our members instead of waiting for a weekly newsletter to be notified of new projects.

We will also be sending out an email to all of our members notifying them once the new building reports (Starts) for each county have been updated on the website.  As an added note we are excited to inform you that we will soon be adding Northern Maricopa County Building Reports to the website.  We are now in the testing stage and a subscription will be available within the coming weeks.

Finally, we will also be streamlining the membership sign-up procedure.  Current members will not be affected in any way and your service will not be interrupted for the remainder of your current membership subscription.  For all new memberships and for future renewals we will be moving to a fully automated on-line subscription management system.  Here you will create and purchase your membership directly from the website using a credit card.  The new system is going to be an a-la-carte style system where you can subscribe to only those services that you would like.

Currently all members of PlanRoom Central receive access to the Current Jobs being hosted and to the Yavapai County Building Reports with the option to purchase additional Building Report Jurisdictions.  The new subscription format will allow you to select from: Current Jobs (Projects), Yavapai County Building Reports, Coconino County Building Reports, soon Maricopa County Building Reports and hopefully in the future even more.  You will be able to subscribe to just one of these services, multiple different services or even all of them, it is completely up to you.
