PlanRoom Central hosts numerous projects that are either in the planning, bidding or building phases of construction. For this reason, we have broken down the different projects into both Residential and Commercial Levels to help you quickly sort through the information you need.

Below is a list of levels and what they mean:

Level 1 Commercial

This is a Commercial project that has been put into the PlanRoom by the Project Owner and is looking for bids by General Contractors.

Level 2 Commercial

This is a Commercial project that has been put into the PlanRoom by the General Contractor that has been awarded the job and is looking for bids by Sub Contractors.

Level 1 Residential

This is a Residential project that has been put into the PlanRoom by the Home Owner and is looking for bids by General Contractors.

Level 2 Residential

This is a Residential project that has been put into the PlanRoom by the General Contractor that has been awarded the job and is looking for bids by Sub Contractors.

Governmental

These projects cover a wide range of services and/or materials. These projects can range from road construction, new buildings or supplying asphalt.
